Mandatory Skills

  • Pega Expertise
    • Minimum 7 years as a Pega Business Architect.
    • Minimum 3 years of current Pega Business Architect certification.
    • Strong understanding of Pega rules, case management, and workflow design.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Management
    • At least 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
    • At least 7 years of Use Case development.
    • Expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
    • Skilled in creating functional specifications, test cases, and training material.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
    • Agile environment experience — working with sprints, backlog reviews, and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Proven ability to liaise between Business and Technology teams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly Desired Skills

  • Broad experience in software development and delivery organizations.
  • Configuration and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Experience with business process modeling and change management.
  • Ability to create wireframes and functional prototypes.
  • IT technical background (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts.
  • Experience leading Agile teams and client workshops.
  • Strong documentation and training development capabilities.
  • Familiarity with risk identification and mitigation in projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Collaborate with Lead System Architect and leadership to align business and technical strategies
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and analysts to gather user stories and define business requirements
  • Translate business vision into technical solutions
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Conduct process modeling, documentation, and change management activities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc.)
  • Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing
  • Develop training materials and release notes for users and teams
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions on Pega solutions
  • Provide mentorship and ensure best practices are integrated into workflows
  • Support customer success and continuous improvement efforts.
