Guide high-level product strategy with the Product team. Help shape feature implementation by providing a user centered perspective to the team's solution. Design digital user interfaces by developing and testing layouts and prototypes with functionality and navigation across different browsers or devices. Initiate and conduct research with team to surface insights to guide the vision, identify pain points and surface opportunities. Work with engineers and product teams to ensure design quality and consistency of shipped flows and interactions following web design and accessibility standards. Nurture design team, to enhance processes and documentation. Represent team's work to leadership and contribute to team and product design rituals. Create graphics, wireframes and designs to aid conversations, build consensus, and help make decisions.Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic design, Industrial Design or similar related degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. Must have experience in/with: designing digital web or app products, including designing interactive products or tools; digital design tool including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Invision; and an understanding of how data and qualitative research inform product and design decisions. Must have a portfolio of work that showcases problem-solving process along with finished design work. Ability to work remotely, with manager approval.
